Ad Format and Material Specifications
File Format and Standard
  • Advertisements must be submitted as a print-optimized PDF, standard PDF/X-1a:2001 or later.
  • Use the job option “Bröllopsguiden inlaga” when creating your PDF.
Color Management and Profiles
  • Use the ICC profile ISOcoated_v2_300_eci_INLAY for advertisements in the main section.
  • For back cover ads or inside the cover, use the ICC profile ISOcoated_v2_eci_COVERS.
  • Only CMYK colors may be used in the ad.
  • Ensure there are no spot colors in the document or logo.
Images and Resolution
  • The resolution of images should be 300 dpi.
Format and Dimensions (All ads must include 5 mm bleed and crop marks)
  • SPREAD: 450x297 mm (print area 404x251 mm)
  • FULL PAGE: 225x297 mm (print area 179x251 mm)
  • HALF PAGE, landscape: 179x120.5 mm (no bleed)
  • 1/4 PAGE, portrait: 84.5x120.5 mm (no bleed)
Fonts and Typefaces
  • TrueType fonts are not accepted. Only PostScript and OpenType fonts are allowed.
  • All fonts must be embedded.
